A Decade of Adaptive Human Resource Solutions by Momentum

With more than 1200 workers and a lean team of administrators who doubled as business developers, Momentum started its human resources supply operations in Qatar in 2007.
So far, the journey has been enriching, filled with learnings for us, and fulfilling for our clients.

While segments like construction, marine, oil & gas, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and agriculture strive to develop the state of a country, their needs for human resources – across different categories – increase by leaps and bounds. Since our inception, we have taken cognisance of and managed their needs by supplying unskilled and skilled resources for projects of any stature.

Be it a short-term or long-term project, we never missed our delivery commitments – thanks to our process-driven operations that enable us to mobilise even on short notice of a few hours. While our inclusive processes help us stay in line with the project expectations and timeline, it also keeps you in the loop, allowing you to check in on how we are faring to achieve a milestone. That’s the transparency we have always aimed to achieve.

We have been growing with our clients at our core. Hence, we have engineered ourselves to be flexible according to the demands of our clients. Irrespective of the requirement – scale down or scale up – we can adapt and ensure you get the value you were missing out on so far from your operations.
